Jim Atkinson, Chief Executive Officer

Jim Atkinson is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Progressive Abilities Support Services (PASS). He began his career in 2009 as a Job Coach, helping individuals with disabilities obtain and maintain employment. During his first two years, he recognized that the individuals he was working with were being underserved in a few significant ways. In June 2011, he set out to build a customized supported employment service that would allow individuals to create and reach a loftier set of goals -- the job seekers would be in charge and would get to craft their own job-finding process with a coach there to assist and advise them every step of the way.  Jim holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Stetson University. He currently resides in Savannah, Georgia, with his wife, Jennifer, and devotes his time to his family, his organization, and his entrepreneurial ventures.
